My work sits at the intersection of education, research, institutional development and public learning.
My story
For more than eight years I have worked where education meets evidence — auditing academic quality, training teachers, designing frameworks and building the monitoring and evaluation systems that show institutions whether learning is really happening.
That work has taken me across networks of hundreds of schools and dozens of campuses in Pakistan. It taught me two things: good decisions depend on good evidence, and evidence only matters when people can understand it and act on it.
This platform takes that belief beyond any single organisation. It brings together research that informs practice, documentaries and explainers that make complex issues clear, and learning that helps people and institutions grow.
Professional experience
Manager, Research, Evaluation, Assessment & Quality Assurance (REAQA) — Academic Support Services Division
Leads research, evaluation, assessment and quality assurance across a large national school network, and heads a multidisciplinary team of researchers and analysts. Developed the READ Quality Education Framework, the High-Performing Model Schools Framework and the Tarbiyah Framework.
